Donation Refund Policy

At Excelogram, we deeply value every contribution made to support our mission and charitable initiatives. We are committed to maintaining transparency and integrity in all aspects of our fundraising efforts. As a non-profit organization, donations are typically considered non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.

1. General Policy

All donations made to Excelogram are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error
  • The donation amount was entered incorrectly
  • A donation was made fraudulently or without authorization

Requests for refunds that meet these conditions will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original donation date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at corp@excelogram.org with the following details:

  • Full Name of the Donor
  • Donation Amount
  • Date of Donation
  • Transaction ID or Reference Number
  • Reason for Refund Request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method used for the donation.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without your consent, please contact your bank or credit card provider immediately in addition to notifying us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
